Hyatt Regency Sydney Hotel

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. the staff went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. the exclusive amenities provided added a classy touch to our trip. the restaurant served delicious food and the bar had a great atmosphere. the outdoor dining area was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenic views. the room was spacious, comfortable and had private facilities. the location advantages were an added bonus, making it easy to explore the area.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service at the snack bar. the efficient and friendly service everywhere else made up for this small hiccup.

As the sun set over Darling Harbour, I found myself sipping a refreshing drink at the rooftop bar, basking in the breathtaking panoramic views. It felt as if I was on top of the world, with the sparkling city lights below creating a magical atmosphere.

Our family had a fantastic time at Zephyr, the hotel's rooftop bar with breathtaking views of the city. The kids received a warm welcome with a delightful package filled with goodies and fun activity books, making them feel extra special during our stay. It was a delightful experience for the whole family.

My children wanted to have more kid-friendly activities available at the hotel to enhance their stay even further.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on Darling Harbor and very convenient for sightseeing. The gym had all the necessary equipment for a great workout. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to use the club lounge for work. The room had a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the harbor.

This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Darling Harbour, with easy access to all the top attractions and stunning views of the harbour itself. The rooms themselves are comfortable and well-appointed, with modern bathrooms, attentive service, and a delicious breakfast spread. Plus, the restaurant offers fantastic seafood and buffet options for lunch or dinner.

Some guests have experienced issues with noise from the lifts or outdated decor in certain areas of the hotel.

We loved the fantastic views across Darling Harbour and the easy walking distance to many of Sydney's sights and attractions. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable, with complementary tea and coffee.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to Barangaroo and various attractions and restaurants. The lobby and rooms have been recently updated, giving them a fresh and modern look. The check-in and check-out process was super efficient, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. the facilities and amenities provided were top-notch.

The room was so cozy with the most amazing view of Darling Harbour. The twin beds were super comfy, and I loved the spacious walk-in shower. The workspace was perfect for planning our daily adventures.

Personally, I wished the room had a bathtub, but I know some people prefer walk-in showers.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions in town. It is just a short walk to the town hall and close to the bustling Darling Harbour, where you can find plenty of amazing restaurants. The rooms offer stunning views of the city skyline, and the staff provide top-notch service, ensuring a comfortable stay.

There were some minor inconveniences with the room, such as a lack of body wash in the bathroom.

Great location with easy access to popular sites and restaurants. the hotel's cleanliness was impressive and the staff was helpful and welcoming. Plus, the high tea experience was delightful, with a wide variety of delicious savory and sweet treats to choose from.

The bathroom design was not optimal, with an open shower that could be a safety concern, especially for young children. Additionally, the sliding door to the bedroom was broken, which affected privacy.

Enjoyed sweating in the state-of-the-art fitness center, and the electric candles in the ceiling gave my room the romantic ambiance of a never-ending candlelight dinner. Loved the views of Darling Harbour and the convenience of having the aquarium, zoo, and Madame Tussaud's a stone's throw away.

The experience of not having anyone respond to my requests made me feel so special. like royalty.
